Moving Space
No matter how small your office is make sure that we set it up with space so that you can get up and move around. Sitting in a chair all day is bad for your posture and your body in general.
Make sure that you take some time to get up and stretch. Adjust your chair whenever necessary so that you are not sitting in the same position all day.
Computer Set-Up
Your computer setup is probably one of the most important setups in your home office. This is especially true if you use the computer constantly throughout the day for your work.
Try to take a break from looking at your screen for at least 20 seconds every 20 minutes. This will ensure that you do not have eye strain.
